Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, our legacy spans 100 years, beginning with a self-taught engineer who invented the first metal-sheathed resistance heating element. This innovation launched an entire industry. Today, we excel in sectors with high expectations, recognized as experts for delivering solutions that exceed specifications, limit risk, and reduce operating costs.
We are seeking a driven and technically capable Supervisor, Quality Compliance Engineer to support our custom engineered-to-order manufacturing environment serving the oil & gas, chemical, and industrial markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customer, contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements are not only clearly understood but are proactively managed throughout complex projects.
You will act as the bridge between customer expectations and manufacturing capabilities. Success in this position requires strong collaboration across engineering, project management, and operations, ensuring inspection readiness and seamless communication with customers and third-party inspectors.
