About the Role
As a Multi-Tenant Sales Supervisor, you will lead and develop a sales team while driving business growth in a fast-paced environment. This position blends field and office responsibilities, allowing you to shape customer satisfaction and team success with every decision. You will manage daily sales operations, empowering representatives to exceed goals while ensuring optimal territory coverage and accurate commission payments.
Working Conditions
This role requires a hybrid schedule with 70% field work and 30% office work. Travel is required as needed to support daily activities and territory assignments.
