Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGuide and support Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
- check_circleRecruit, interview, hire and train new sales representatives for ongoing team strength
- check_circleSupervise daily activities and manage territory assignments to ensure optimal coverage
- check_circleOversee payroll processes to guarantee timely and accurate commission payments
- check_circleAddress employee relations including performance reviews, coaching and safety training
- check_circleContribute to budget planning and provide insights on marketing strategies and sales offers
Requirements
