About the Role
This position provides leadership and operational oversight for Imaging RNs, Outpatient Services, and Interventional Radiology services at St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Health Plaza. The role encompasses management of nurses, Health Unit Coordinators, Radiologic Technologists, and Endovascular Techs.
You will be accountable for day-to-day operations, staffing, workflow, and performance across all areas to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. A key part of your mission is partnering with physicians and multidisciplinary leaders to align clinical practice, optimize procedural and imaging services, and meet patient care needs.
Beyond operational management, you will lead team development, engagement, and retention while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards, driving continuous improvement through data, evidence-based practice, and quality initiatives. Additionally, you will support organizational priorities by contributing to operational planning, program development, and financial performance across imaging and interventional services.
Schedule
This is a full-time role requiring 72 hours every two weeks, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or higher in nursing
- verifiedCurrent Minnesota nursing license
- verifiedAdvanced Radiology Life Support (ARLS) certification within 6 months
