About the Role
As an Interventional Radiology Tech, you will play a crucial role in utilizing advanced imaging technologies to assist in minimally invasive surgical procedures. This position is designed for a dedicated professional committed to advancing their expertise in interventional radiology while providing exceptional patient support.
In this role, you will partner closely with physicians to perform complex procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, and thrombolysis using radiologic imaging for guidance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sterile fields, administering contrast agents according to strict protocols, and monitoring patient vital signs and conditions throughout procedures. You will also ensure compliance with safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure and maintain detailed records of technical settings and patient responses.
