The Supervisor, Food Safety and Quality is the guardian of the product's integrity, directly involved in ensuring safety and quality from the receipt of incoming ingredients to the distribution of finished goods. This role exists to ensure that our manufacturing and warehousing operations strictly comply with regulatory requirements and quality specifications.
In this position, you will serve as a critical link between technical analysis and operational execution. Your day will involve gathering data from a wide variety of sources to determine necessary actions, performing analysis and evaluation, and documenting findings. You will provide support and direction to the facility to ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and communication skills to lead CAPA closures, coordinate regulatory visits, and train the team on FDA regulations and food safety principles.
