About the Role

The Supervisor serves as the operational backbone of the Credit & Collections work group, ensuring the delivery of effective, efficient, and timely support. This role is dedicated to maintaining steady workflow and productivity while meeting rigorous service standards. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex operational problems and identifying opportunities to improve business processes.

In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of Collection Specialists, managing everything from hiring and scheduling to performance coaching and conflict resolution. Your day involves reviewing and approving critical financial actions, such as default packages and credit memos, while handling complex customer issue escalations. You will provide the primary input on staffing decisions and ensure the team adheres to published protocols to drive continuous improvement.
