About the Role

The Supervisor serves as the operational backbone of the Credit & Collections work group, ensuring the delivery of effective, efficient, and timely support. This role is dedicated to maintaining steady workflow and productivity while meeting rigorous service standards. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex operational problems and identifying opportunities to improve business processes.

In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of Collection Specialists, managing everything from hiring and performance management to scheduling and payroll. Your day will involve coaching staff on performance, reviewing and approving complex items like default packages and credit memos, and handling escalated customer issues. Success in this role requires a balance of strong time management, conflict resolution, and the ability to make frequent, complex decisions that impact the team's output.
