About the Role

This opportunity invites a dynamic Global Controller to join a respected nonprofit where financial leadership will help strengthen operations, enhance transparency, and ensure the organization's mission continues to thrive. The role is designed for an individual with a strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and grants accounting to take on a leadership position within a global organization.

In this position, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including the implementation and management of the NetSuite system, monthly reporting, and technical accounting. The day-to-day involves coordinating the accumulation and consolidation of financial data, managing local, state, and federal reporting requirements, and providing strategic advice to senior management on revenue growth and cost reduction. You will also lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts while ensuring strict compliance with funders' financial requirements.
