The team is dedicated to enabling enterprise-wide financial insight by aligning finance data structures, performance reporting, and governance across our laboratories and business units. You will serve as a critical bridge, ensuring that financial information remains consistent, trusted, and actionable at scale.
The Senior Manager Enterprise Performance Reporting is responsible for driving comparability, transparency, and decision support across the organization. This position focuses on improving how we measure performance by defining standardized metrics, designing robust data dimensionality, and establishing centralized reporting capabilities. You will build the frameworks that allow management and executive leadership to compare performance across labs and business units with confidence.
In this hybrid role (3 days a week in the Northbrook or Chicago, IL office), you will lead the development of common data definitions and reporting models that serve as a single source of truth. Your day-to-day involves partnering with stakeholders to align management reporting with financial results and strategic priorities, while also leading a high-performing team focused on enterprise thinking and accountability. You will drive the adoption of standardized reporting through strong communication and training, ensuring that our governance over metrics and data definitions supports auditability and long-term scalability.
Candidates selected for this role will be invited to participate in a series of interviews designed to assess technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. The process typically includes a screening conversation with the recruiting team, followed by in-depth discussions with the hiring manager and key cross-functional partners. Finalists may also engage in a case study or presentation scenario to demonstrate their approach to enterprise reporting challenges.
