About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to drive results at our Waters Car Wash location in Orlando. This role is designed for someone who is the gold standard in all processes, with a high drive to win and an eye for detail. You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere.
In this position, you will be the face of the organization, participating in nationwide and regional sales initiatives to drive revenue and increase profitability. Your day-to-day involves resolving customer and membership issues, conducting sales, and maintaining a safe and clean work area. You will also be responsible for offering training to employees who are not meeting our standards and providing new hires with the tools they need to succeed.
This is an outdoor role requiring the ability to work in all weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves, be on your feet for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs. We are looking for a dedicated team member with supervisory experience and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.
