About the Role

We are seeking high-energy personalities to join our team at Waters Car Wash (Orlando 10) to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our Unlimited Wash Pass Members and create memorable first impressions for new guests. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working outdoors in all conditions.

You will be the face of our brand, rolling up your sleeves to ensure speedy service with friendly-spirited engagement. A successful candidate will share our obsession with exceptional guest service and our passion for creating memorable moments. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work area, answering questions regarding our services, and processing payment transactions while consistently meeting sales and quality metrics.
