About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's temperature control systems. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will support and oversee repairs within the Refrigeration HVAC equipment team. Your day-to-day involves utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills alongside hand tools, digital tools, and power equipment to maintain and repair assets. You will be the first responder to emergency maintenance calls, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations and customer experience. This role is vital to our mission of providing quality food and goods at everyday low prices by keeping our facilities compliant with safety and environmental regulations.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess relevant experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance and hold the necessary EPA certifications. Selected candidates will undergo standard background checks, including a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report, to ensure safety and compliance before onboarding.
