About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's refrigeration assets. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will support and oversee repairs for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Your day-to-day involves utilizing hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to diagnose issues, inspect fixtures, and complete maintenance jobs efficiently. You will be the first responder to emergency maintenance calls, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations and our customers' ability to access quality food and goods at everyday low prices.

You will work closely with store associates, utilizing the work order management system to document repair activities and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. This role requires physical agility, including lifting up to 75 pounds and working at heights, as you maintain the systems that keep our stores running smoothly.
