We operate in communities across the U.S. and 18 other countries, reflecting the diverse makeup of the populations we serve.
As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's temperature control systems. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will support and oversee repairs for Walmart facilities' refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets. Your day-to-day involves utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills alongside hand tools, digital tools, and power equipment to diagnose and resolve issues. You will be the first responder to emergency maintenance calls, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations and customer experience. This role is vital to our mission of providing quality food and goods at everyday low prices by maintaining the integrity of our perishable inventory.
Candidates with relevant experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance are invited to apply. The application process involves submitting your qualifications, including your EPA certification and driving record. Selected candidates will move through our recruitment pipeline, which includes verification of credentials and background checks, leading to an offer for those who best fit our team's needs.
