About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's refrigeration assets. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will support and oversee repairs for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Your day-to-day involves utilizing hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to diagnose issues, inspect fixtures, and complete maintenance jobs. You will be the first responder to emergency maintenance calls, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations and our customers' access to quality food and goods at everyday low prices.

This role is vital to our mission of serving communities effectively. By maintaining the integrity of our refrigeration systems, you directly contribute to our ability to provide safe, fresh products to approximately 90% of the U.S. population who live within 10 miles of a Walmart or Sam's Club.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess relevant experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance and hold the necessary EPA certifications.
