About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's cooling systems. You will support and oversee repairs within the Refrigeration HVAC equipment team, utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills to maintain assets across our local retail stores. This role is vital for ensuring the quality of food and goods available to our customers at everyday low prices.

In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will utilize hand tools, digital tools, and power equipment to diagnose and resolve issues. Your day will involve responding promptly to emergency maintenance calls, inspecting facilities to identify faults, and documenting repair activities through our work order management system. You will work closely with store associates to ensure minimal disruption to operations while adhering to strict safety and environmental guidelines.

Hiring Process
