About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's temperature control systems. Your role is to support and oversee repairs within the Refrigeration HVAC equipment team, ensuring that our stores maintain the quality food and goods our customers expect at everyday low prices.

You will utilize commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills alongside hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to diagnose and fix issues. From responding to emergency maintenance calls to documenting repair activities in our work order management system, your work directly impacts the customer experience. You will also ensure strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, performing work according to our safety policies and environmental guidelines.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you will need to demonstrate relevant experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance and hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent and possess Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
