About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's cooling systems. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will support and oversee repairs for Walmart's refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets. Your day-to-day involves utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills alongside hand tools, digital tools, and power equipment to diagnose issues and complete jobs efficiently.

You will be the first responder to emergency maintenance calls, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations. Using our work order management system, you will receive repair requests, support store associates, and document all activities. This role is vital to our mission of providing quality food and goods at everyday low prices, as reliable refrigeration is essential to our customers' trust in our products.
