About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be a vital part of the facilities team, supporting and overseeing repairs for Walmart's refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets. This role exists to ensure the reliability of our facilities, utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills to maintain the temperature-sensitive environments essential for our customers.

In this fast-paced and welcoming work environment, you will utilize hand tools, digital tools, and power equipment to complete jobs. Your day will involve responding to emergency maintenance calls, inspecting and testing facilities to diagnose issues, and documenting repair activities through our work order management system. You will work closely with store associates to support their daily operations while ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.
