About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's refrigeration assets. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will support and oversee repairs for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Your day-to-day involves utilizing hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to diagnose issues, complete work orders, and ensure prompt responses to emergency maintenance calls. You will work directly with store associates to document repair activities and maintain compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. This role requires physical agility, including lifting up to 75 pounds and working at heights, ensuring our facilities remain safe and operational for our customers.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess relevant experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance and hold a valid Type I, Type II, or Universal EPA Certification. The application process involves submitting your qualifications for review. Selected candidates will undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report check and must meet age and education requirements (18+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent). Successful applicants will be invited to complete required training to operate equipment and tools safely before beginning their duties.
