About the Role

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's refrigeration assets. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will support and oversee repairs for our commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Your work ensures that our stores maintain the quality food and goods at everyday low prices our customers expect.

Your day-to-day involves utilizing hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to diagnose and repair issues. You will respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, inspect facilities and equipment to identify faults, and document all repair activities using our work order management system. Safety is paramount; you will ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations while performing work according to our specific safety policies.

This role requires physical agility, including lifting up to 75 pounds and working comfortably at heights on ladders. You will be provided with a work vehicle and the necessary tools to complete your jobs effectively.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must possess relevant experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance and hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates will undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report as part of the selection process.
