As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will be the backbone of our facility's refrigeration systems. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will support and oversee repairs for Walmart's commercial HVAC and refrigeration assets. Your day-to-day involves utilizing hand tools, digital tools, and power equipment to diagnose issues, perform emergency maintenance, and ensure the safety and efficiency of our cooling systems. You will work directly with store associates to resolve work orders, ensuring that our customers always have access to quality food and goods at everyday low prices.
To join our team, candidates must meet specific minimum qualifications, including two years of commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance experience, large-scale rack refrigeration experience, and valid Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification. A valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record is required, along with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. Applicants must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
