About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with MEP expertise to lead a ground-up MRI facility project for the State of New York Office of General Services (OGS). This unique project involves constructing a specialized medical facility on the campus of a psychiatric hospital.
In this role, you will serve as the primary on-site leader, monitoring day-to-day construction activities across multi-trade contracts to ensure strict conformance with contract requirements. You will coordinate third-party code inspections, interpret complex drawings and specifications, and maintain detailed daily logs of job actions, materials, and resolved issues. Success in this position requires identifying and resolving conflicts, organizing team meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination between various project trades and subcontractors.

Requirements
