Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of large commercial construction projects
- check_circleCoordinate all vendors and subcontractors to ensure full delivery and installation of scope of work according to contract documents
- check_circleMaintain overall site safety, logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism as the primary site safety leader
- check_circleImplement and enforce the Site-Specific Safety Plan, lead safety meetings, and act as the point of contact for incident investigations
- check_circleManage the project schedule, including updates, logic relationship integrity, and recovery plan development
- check_circleOversee site construction activities, mitigate project constraints, and supervise trade partners to ensure compliance with quality standards
- check_circleCoordinate inspections with authorities, third-party inspectors, design professionals, utilities, and clients as needed
- check_circleDrive trade partner progress in accordance with the project schedule and support construction scheduling efforts
- check_circleAttend site meetings, schedule deliveries, document site progress, and assist with inspections and invoice reviews
- check_circleAssist in procurement of materials, ensure adherence to the Project Quality Assurance plan, and resolve deficiencies timely
- check_circleEnsure all legal permits are secured and work remains in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- check_circleDocument existing site conditions, coordinate startup and commissioning activities, and support energy savings goals
Requirements
- verified5-10+ years of field supervisory experience in large commercial construction projects
- verifiedStrong knowledge of MEP trades, especially HVAC and electrical systems
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera scheduling, and Blue Beam
- verifiedOSHA 30-hour training and CPR certification required
