As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all RTMC projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to RTMC Quality Standards and building codes. This position is designed for someone who is eager to dive into a fast-paced, constantly evolving business and lead by example.
In this role, you will manage the job site team to execute production plans, schedules, and budgets. Your day will involve verifying installations against design, managing material logistics and inventory, and overseeing safety protocols to ensure zero injuries. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builder and customer representatives, communicating change orders and job site needs clearly. Beyond the technical execution, you will actively engage in workforce development, leading daily huddles to set expectations for quality and productivity while helping to retain and develop talent.
