About the Role
As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to strict quality standards and building codes. This position is designed for a proactive leader who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to maximizing the earning potential of their crew.
In this role, you will lead by example, representing R.T. Moore professionally and driving workforce development. Your day-to-day involves managing job site logistics, staging, and inventory while executing production plans that include manpower, equipment, and safety protocols. You will be the bridge between the field and the office, communicating effectively with builders, customers, and project managers to clarify needs and document activities. Beyond the technical execution, you will foster a safe environment with a zero-accident mindset and lead daily huddles to set clear expectations for quality and productivity.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 2 years MEP specific work experience OR 5 years construction experience
