The Field Superintendent I is critical to ensuring that all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to company standards and building codes. This role exists to bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring that production plans, schedules, and budgets are met without compromising safety or quality.
In this position, you will lead by example, setting clear expectations for quality and productivity with crews during daily huddles. Your day involves diligently overseeing material logistics, staging, and inventory management while maintaining rigorous safety standards to ensure zero injuries. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builder and customer representatives, communicating change orders and job site needs effectively. Beyond the technical aspects, you will actively engage in workforce development, helping to retain and develop talent while maximizing earning potential for your team.
