Team Grit is a professional training team dedicated to working directly with Alder Home Security, the fastest-growing home safety and automation company in the nation. Located in Raleigh, NC, our mission is to provide top-tier professional sales training and prepare individuals for successful careers in business.
We operate on a growth-first model, hiring full-time employees directly from our internship programs. We offer three internship cycles per year—Summer, Fall, and Spring—each designed as a minimum 90-day period to equip participants with the essential tools for long-term success within the organization.
