In this position, you will professionally market, consult, and educate prospective members, employers, and agents on the advantages of PriorityMedicare benefit plans. Your efforts will drive personal and corporate membership goals while strictly adhering to Priority Health policies and CMS guidelines. This role requires substantial knowledge of individual and employer group products, as well as the competitive marketplace.
You will serve as the lead trainer for agents and new External Sales Representatives, guiding them through recruitment, training, and certification. Your day-to-day involves generating new membership through direct sales efforts, including lunch-and-learn meetings, one-on-one consultations, and presentations at community-sponsored events. You will collaborate with the commercial account team to identify employer needs, prepare professional proposals, and produce creative written communications to increase participation. Additionally, you will represent PriorityMedicare at public events to increase exposure and facilitate assistance from internal departments to ensure a customer-service-focused experience for existing members.
