About the Role
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on one primary objective: creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will be the advisor on the customer's journey. This role requires knowledge and training, which Sally Beauty provides, while you bring your passion and personality to the team.
You will build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending products, informing customers of current promotions, and setting up advertising displays. The position involves maintaining a professional store environment, communicating inventory issues, and ensuring customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program. We offer a range of working schedules and hours to suit everyone's needs.
