About the Role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will be the advisor on our customer's journey. This role requires knowledge and training, which Sally Beauty provides, while you bring your passion and personality. You will build relationships, inspire loyalty, and recommend products that complement the customer's needs. You will also inform customers about current promotions, set up advertising displays, and ensure they are enrolled in our Loyalty program. The people here are creative, fun, and passionate about beauty, offering ample opportunity for growth and a great education regarding our products.
