The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is a unique combination of education, research, and clinical programs that encourages and supports teamwork and diversity. This role is situated within the IT Client Services Campus Projects department, where the team works to support the institution's technological infrastructure.
This position serves as a Clinical Staff member providing Medical Ancillary Support. Under direct supervision, you will provide accurate and timely solutions to end-user computer and networking problems. Your day-to-day will involve performing restorative and maintenance actions, either remotely or at the user's location, to resolve issues using basic troubleshooting and technical skills. You will also respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problem equipment, software installations, or configuration changes.
