Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead, coach, and support the Account Management team to enhance service quality
- check_circleReview customer service practices and recommend operational workflow improvements
- check_circleDevelop and monitor staff schedules to ensure effective coverage and service quality
- check_circleAssist with department staffing plans and budget considerations to manage resources
- check_circleMaintain knowledge of University policies, Title IV regulations, and state requirements
- check_circleProvide regular tracking, reporting, and assessment of service outcomes and team performance
- check_circleSupport professional growth and development of Account Management Representatives
- check_circleAssist with special projects and reporting related to accreditation or state approval processes
- check_circleOversee day-to-day operations and resolve escalated student finance inquiries
- check_circleParticipate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of team members
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
- verifiedMinimum of 4 years of combined professional experience, including prior people management experience
- verifiedExperience working in a service-oriented environment
- verifiedDemonstrated experience in Student Finance or related functions
- verifiedWorking knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations, including Title IV requirements
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office and financial aid or student information systems
- verifiedSolid understanding of the principles, practices, methodologies, and procedures related to student financial aid administration
Nice to Have
Master's degree. Experience with budget preparation, financial modeling, and accounting management.
