Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDirect and manage the Account Management team to improve academic partner services
- check_circleProvide tracking, reporting, and assessment of departmental outcomes to leadership
- check_circleIdentify and share best practices to continuously improve the student experience
- check_circleAssist with designing reports and projects for accreditation and state approval processes
- check_circleCounsel escalated student concerns and resolve financial aid issues professionally
- check_circleCommunicate University policies and regulations to students with clear rationale
- check_circleEvaluate customer service practices and advise management on process improvements
- check_circleEnsure appropriate staffing through interviewing, hiring, and promotion decisions
- check_circleDevelop, implement, and monitor schedules to ensure effective service coverage
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree Required or Master's Degree Preferred
- verifiedFour (4) years of combined professional experience
- verifiedPrior people management experience
- verifiedExperience working in a service oriented industry and environment
- verifiedStudent Finance experience
- verifiedExperience in budget preparation, financial modeling and accounting management
- verifiedKnowledge of federal and state financial aid rules and regulations
- verifiedPC skills in Microsoft Office and financial aid software
