The Structured Cabling/Low Voltage Lead Technician plays a key role in onsite project coordination within commercial construction environments. Reporting to the Project Foreman and Project Manager, this role ensures structured cabling projects stay on track by managing daily tasks, supervising crews, and meeting project goals.
You will serve as the bridge between technical execution and project management, overseeing account coordination, direct customer interaction, and issue resolution. Your leadership ensures compliance with safety and company policies while maintaining top-level customer satisfaction and project profitability.
This role requires 100% full-time travel to Cedar Rapids, Montgomery, AL, and other project sites nationwide. All travel expenses are covered by the company. You must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
