About the Role
As a Structural Revit Designer, you will focus on developing accurate structural BIM models and construction documents for multifamily, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects. You will work closely with senior engineers, the Structural EOR, and multidisciplinary project teams to translate engineering direction into coordinated, constructable Revit models and drawing packages.
This position is based in our McKinney, TX office to foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, with an open hybrid opportunity available.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and maintain 3D structural BIM models in Revit for concrete, steel, wood, and masonry structures
- check_circleProduce accurate structural plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and drawing sheets

- check_circleSupport BIM execution planning, office Revit standards, templates, and creation of parametric families

Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's degree or certificate in BIM, drafting, architectural technology, engineering technology, or related field
- verified2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Structural Revit Designer, Structural BIM Technician, or similar role
- verifiedStrong working proficiency with Autodesk Revit 2022 or newer
- verifiedWorking understanding of structural systems and detailing for wood, steel, concrete, and masonry
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Bluebeam and model coordination workflows
- verifiedWorking knowledge of relevant building codes and structural standards
- verifiedExperience with Revit add-ins or automation tools such as Dynamo or pyRevit (preferred)
- verifiedAutodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Structural Design (preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience with AutoCAD. Experience producing structural construction documents for multifamily, commercial, hospitality, retail, or other building projects. Experience with Revit add-ins or automation tools such as Dynamo or pyRevit. Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Structural Design, or the ability and interest to pursue future certification.
