As the Autodesk BIM Manager – Civil3D, you will serve as the authority on Autodesk interoperability and technical standards within our firm. This role exists to ensure the seamless integration of systems, data, and workflows across JMT, enabling consistent and high-quality project delivery. You will act as a support escalation point for complex issues impacting standards or workflows, guiding project managers and design teams on model development and coordination.
In this position, you will not only define how Autodesk tools and platforms are configured and scaled but also drive the adoption of best practices in our design and production processes. You will collaborate with leadership to manage controlled changes and versioning, ensuring that our firmwide standards align with client requirements and emerging technologies. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our teams by developing model standards, automation efforts, and comprehensive training materials.

Professional Engineer (PE) license. Autodesk certifications related to Autodesk Civil 3D. Working knowledge of Autodesk and Bentley Common Data Environments such as ProjectWise and Forma. Working knowledge of Unreal, Unity, Dynamo, AutoLISP, Carlson, Revit, AR/VR, AASHTOWare, Transoft Applications, Infraworks, OpenRoads, OpenBridge, Bluebeam Revu, Revizto, CloudWorx, Recap, and TopoDOT.
Skills: Autodesk Civil 3D, Autocad, Autodesk Forma, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, Bim, Cim, Iso 19650, Projectwise, Unreal, Unity.
Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
