About the Role

NorthStar Energy Services is seeking an experienced and technically strong Designer to join the Professional Engineering Consulting team in Arlington or Houston, Texas. This role requires hands-on leadership for complex deliverables while supporting project execution under the direction of the Design Supervisor and Engineering Manager.

As a Designer, you will be the bridge between engineering concepts and physical reality. You will independently generate and update 3D structural models and 2D engineering drawings, ensuring they align with engineering calculations and conceptual sketches. Your work will directly impact project success by coordinating with engineering disciplines, stress engineers, and construction personnel to ensure design compatibility and constructability.

You will navigate complex project lifecycles, managing everything from initial design and clash detection to final As-Built documentation. Whether preparing concrete details for heavy-duty equipment or creating demolition drawings for existing structures, you will apply rigorous quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and client standards.
