About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Bridge Project Engineer/Manager to join our ranks. This role is designed for a professional with a desire to expand their leadership capabilities while managing the full lifecycle of bridge structural design projects. You will partner with clients and team members to guide projects from conception through completion, ensuring successful delivery for INDOT, local public agencies, and private sector clients.
In this position, you will balance technical expertise with project leadership. You will supervise project development, including environmental permitting and utility coordination, while directing, mentoring, and supervising other engineers. The role involves interacting with clients for business development activities, such as proposals and recruitment, while contributing to a positive company culture.
