The Designer I is an entry-level position designed to build foundational discipline skills through hands-on Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation. You will learn TEECOM's specific workflows, tools, and standards that support coordinated construction document delivery across various disciplines. This role is defined by a strong learning mindset, where you are paired with an engineering mentor to contribute to project delivery while collaborating closely with production staff.
Your day-to-day involves preparing Revit models, updating drawings, assisting with reports and calculations, taking meeting notes, and supporting coordination activities under clear guidance. You will participate in structured training journeys and shadow senior consultants to gain exposure to Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines. Success in this position is driven by your eagerness to learn, ability to follow direction, and commitment to producing accurate, well-documented work.
Your impact comes from three key areas:
We are interested in every qualified candidate eligible to work in the United States. Please note that TEECOM does not sponsor visas.
Our interview process may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring journey, such as reviewing applications or analyzing resumes. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment; final hiring decisions are made by humans. Your level and compensation will be evaluated and determined during the interview process.
TEECOM is committed to ensuring we are the right fit for each applicant and that each applicant is the right fit for our team. We model our Core Values—Care, Trust, and Value—through responsiveness, teamwork, curiosity, and integrity.
NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIES: TEECOM does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies. In the absence of a signed Recruitment Fee Agreement, TEECOM will not consider or agree to payment of any referral compensation. Any unsolicited resumes are deemed to be the property of TEECOM.
