PAE is seeking a dynamic Digital Delivery Manager to lead digital delivery strategy, standards, and execution across the firm's Mission Critical sector. In this role, you will support PAE's data center and other mission-critical projects by assessing effort, developing project-specific delivery strategies, forecasting resource demand, and supporting proposals. You will partner with project teams and Design Technology leadership to advance standards, delivery performance, staff development, and continuous improvement across the organization.
PAE is an engineering and design firm that turns complex challenges into reality. By leveraging the latest technologies, we solve problems in unique ways, enabling buildings and communities to be more resilient and efficient. Trusted by our clients throughout a project's lifespan—from idea to occupancy—we set ambitious goals backed by analysis to significantly conserve water and energy while balancing costs and long-term operational needs.
As a B Corp, we measure success by the benefits our projects provide to our clients, our communities, and our planet. We embrace innovation, transparency, sustainability, and lifelong curiosity. Founded in 1967, PAE is a leading sustainable engineering and consulting firm on a mission to deliver clean air, energy, and water for all. Our portfolio includes over 100 LEED Platinum projects and dozens of projects pursuing the Living Building Challenge, Passive House, and Net Zero standards.
You will lead digital delivery across key projects within an assigned region or sector, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, deliverables, and quality expectations. As a technical authority, you will oversee digital execution to ensure it aligns with firm standards. Your day-to-day involves analyzing scopes of work to estimate effort and forecast resource demand, while partnering with Project Managers and discipline leaders to define scope and develop project-specific Digital Delivery Plans.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to leading and managing the BIM group, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management, all while promoting PAE's culture and values. You will guide project teams on digital workflows, model setup, coordination processes, and deliverable expectations throughout the project lifecycle. This includes ensuring the consistent implementation of firmwide BIM standards, templates, content libraries, and digital delivery workflows.
You will manage project model environments and collaboration platforms, ensuring teams have the necessary software, system access, and technical support to execute requirements effectively. By monitoring model health and coordination quality, you will identify risks, track trends, and support corrective action. You will serve as the primary escalation point for digital delivery support within your region, coordinating staffing and aligning area demand with broader team resources. Ultimately, you will champion process improvement, digital innovation, and the broader use of tools supporting Digital Engineering, Asset Data, and Digital Twins.
