Professional Engineer License. Skilled in principles of project management. Experience in the design and construction of chemical facilities that involve the use of acids and solvents in the production of energetic materials. Experience in the assessment of existing concrete and rehabilitation and repair. Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret. Facility Management, Construction Management, or Construction Experience. Familiarity with Agile Mindset and continuous process improvement. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
