This position serves as a critical leader within our Systems Engineering domain, dedicated to planning and supervising the performance analysis, architecture design, and implementation of advanced military ground and airborne communication products. You will be responsible for ensuring the program's Earned Value, including the generation and presentation of quarterly Estimates At Completion (EAC).
In this role, you will drive the development of coherent product specifications from disparate source documents and perform deep analysis of signals in space, receivers, and transmitters. You will develop simulations to analyze the performance and impact of fielded equipment, manage the requirements baseline, and ensure all requirements are met. Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of this specific role, this position is performed full-time on-site. Work will be conducted at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time to ensure seamless integration with our teams and customers.

M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline with 8+ years of experience, or Ph.D. with 6+ years of experience. Active Top Secret clearance eligible to acquire SCI and additional SAP/SAR clearance. Work experience with Electronic Warfare programs. Bid and proposal experience on major life cycle programs. Previous experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
