As a Strategy & Planning Specialist Sr within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in our Pittsburgh, PA office. This role is designed to support one or more strategic enterprise initiatives, requiring you to understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions. You will define business problems, identify issues, and implement planned approaches while gathering and analyzing data to recommend solutions for key initiatives.
In this position, you will collaborate with line of business teams to implement recommended solutions and work alongside senior team members to develop and deliver presentations. Success in this role requires a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that customer needs and satisfaction are primary considerations in all business decisions, as well as a commitment to managing risk effectively within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
