About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Operations, Facilities & Build Manager to support our fast-moving hospitality and immersive entertainment environments. Our business operates multiple themed restaurant, cocktail, and immersive entertainment concepts, requiring ongoing construction, maintenance, warehouse organization, and frequent large-scale thematic installations.
This is not a desk job. It is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in logistics, maintenance, fabrication, organization, and independent execution. The ideal candidate enjoys building systems, solving problems, organizing chaos, maintaining facilities, and bringing large creative projects to life.
You are the type of person who notices what's broken before anyone tells you. You enjoy creating order, building systems, and making ambitious projects happen. You can move comfortably between warehouse logistics, construction conversations, maintenance troubleshooting, and creative build execution. If you like variety, autonomy, and hands-on work, this role may be a perfect fit.

- check_circleAssist with immersive theme changes, installations, set builds, and seasonal transformations
- check_circleExecute fabrication, assembly, painting, and installation of prefab projects
- check_circlePerform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple hospitality locations
- check_circleTroubleshoot and complete general repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- check_circlePrioritize projects and operational tasks with minimal supervision
- check_circleCommunicate progress clearly and solve problems independently
- check_circleMaintain HVAC filter schedules, cooler coil cleaning, and overall facility appearance
Requirements
