This position serves as a strategic partner to market and division senior teams, acting as a convener and coordinator for all planning, strategy, and business development activities within the market. You will bridge the gap between high-level corporate goals and local execution, translating complex data into actionable plans that drive growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.
In this role, you will lead the development of short- and long-term strategic and operational plans, scoping and executing strategy projects that span growth and operational performance. A key part of your day involves synthesizing internal and external business issues to provide decision support for senior leadership, presenting market research results, and creating project plans that articulate the need for investment to physicians and management.
You will also play a vital role in community health by conducting triennial healthcare needs research, identifying community priorities, and assisting in the system-wide strategy to measure and publicize community benefit contributions. This involves maintaining professional relationships with community leaders and grant organizations to ensure our strategies measurably improve the health of the populations we serve.
