We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional for the Territory Account Manager position on our long-acting HIV Prevention Sales team. This role is essential for delivering success in a fast-paced, complex environment by partnering with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to adopt a new approach to HIV prevention.
In this position, you will thrive by remaining highly adaptable in a launch context and partnering cross-functionally to drive results. You will lead key activities to progress your career, focusing on developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable objectives. Your day-to-day will involve influencing HCPs to adopt new treatment approaches, engaging with nurses and administrators to understand clinical and financial challenges, and leveraging data analytics to identify high-priority prospects. You will coordinate with Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers to deliver an integrated product experience, ensuring customers feel a cohesive connection to ViiV Healthcare. Success in this role means driving results against business objectives while working effectively within an integrated account management framework.

Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences. Strong planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making ability, and problem-solving skills. Experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in sales success in complex market access coverage situations. Experience working with HCPs to procure, manage, and administer cold chain treatment products. Knowledge of the HIV treatment and/or prevention markets. Bilingual in Spanish. Experience partnering cross-functionally within an integrated account team model that includes multiple field-based team members.
