You will serve as the convener, coordinator, and responsible party for all planning, strategy, and business development activities in the market. Acting as a bridge between the market, division senior teams, and the system strategy office, you will scope, plan, lead, and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and competitive positioning.
In this position, you will translate complex data into actionable plans. By collaborating with the Strategic Intelligence team and service line leaders, you will interpret market trends, competitor landscapes, and community needs to support the expansion of services and products. Your work will involve developing short- and long-term strategic plans, creating project narratives for senior management, and facilitating the execution of evaluation processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to community engagement. You will conduct triennial community healthcare needs research, identify local priorities, and develop solutions to drive improvements in community health. You will also assist in executing a system-wide strategy to measure and publicize community benefit contributions to local, state, and federal stakeholders, serving as a content expert in building productive relationships with community leaders and government officials.
