You will serve as a key contributor to Medline's Acute Care Respiratory Sales efforts, focusing on a select group of highly complex, major accounts with regional, national, or strategic significance. Based in California, this position covers the entire Western region, including WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM, HI, and AK.
In this role, you will drive market share growth by executing sales plans and strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Your day-to-day involves maintaining personal contact with key customers, resolving problems to ensure high-quality service, and collaborating with the Field Sales team to launch new accounts or secure "save" opportunities for accounts under threat. You will also manage account program costs, facilitate RFP processes, and build specialized reports to track performance against objectives.
This position requires significant travel, up to 75% of the time, including overnight trips within and out of state. The work environment spans office settings and medical facilities, and may involve non-traditional work hours during in-services.
